Alternative Entertainments, SubSounds Youth Music Collective and Southpaw Pictures propose to collaborate with young people in Direct Provision and Family hubs to produce an EP of new songs.

A short film will be made to document the process and launched with the EP. All elements of the project would involve young people from the centres and SubSounds working with professional mentors, and all elements of the project - songs, film, recordings, album art -will be made by the participants.

The project will produce an EP (digital release, with a small run of physical CDs), a film, and a dedicated page on subsounds.ie.
