Thanks to Creative Ireland funding, Aiséirí has developed a Recovery Rhythm programme for their clients. Aiséirí is a secondary treatment centre for men and women in recovery from addictions. They provide a 6 month residential treatment programme, a 6 month sober living programme and a special employment programme.

Using the 12 step treatment model, the approach is holistic and they provide a diverse programme which includes counselling, group therapy, accredited educational programmes, yoga and creative arts projects.

Recovery Rhythms is a therapeutic drumming programme which will run in their residential treatment centres and community based facility. It will provide the opportunity for participants to express themselves in a new way, have fun, develop new skills and to celebrate recovery. It will provide opportunity for participants to be part of a creative programme, tap into their own creativity and work together as a group.
